My approach

I am a friendly, caring, and non-judgemental person, and my focus is to build our relationship based on openness and trust. We will work together to identify your needs and come up with a shared plan to address these, whilst also building on your existing strengths. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic principles (CBT) with highly practical solutions, strategies and tools that will make a positive difference to your daily life. There may be short activities between our sessions to put into practice what we have been discussing and focusing on.
